All of our products are drop shipped directly from our suppliers. As such, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. Please review all product descriptions and specifications carefully before placing your order.

We are unable to process cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are final.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at saskgga@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with the supplier to address the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All items sold on our website are final sale and non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Drop-shipped products

• Digital goods or downloads

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
