Notice of Annual General Meeting

NOTICE OF 2024/2025 SGGA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of Members of The Saskatchewan Greenhouse Growers Association Inc. is scheduled to be held at the University of Regina - College Avenue Campus in Multipurpose Room 139, located at 2155 College Ave, Regina, SK S4P 4V5, at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 20, 2026.
 
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:

  1. To consider and approve the financial statements of the Association for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, together with the accountant’s review engagement report.

  2. To elect Directors.

  3. To consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve a resolution to waive the appointment of an auditor for the 2025 fiscal year and to authorize the Directors to engage an independent accountant to perform a financial review engagement.

  4. To consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the proposed bylaw amendments as circulated.

  5. To transact such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
